PCR (Polymerase chain reaction)
Uses the fact that DNA dissociates from double strands to single strands when heated and returns to double strands when cooled, and binds the desired primer using single stranded DNA as a template. A method in which the target DNA region is exponentially amplified by repeatedly performing DNA synthesis using the transcription reaction of DNA polymerase.

COMMENT

Avoid freezing. Acceptable days are Monday to Friday. In the case of recipients, the number of cells may decrease due to chemotherapy, etc., and DNA may not be recovered, so please submit a minimum number of cells of 2 x 10⁵. Before transplantation, please conduct a "chimerism analysis pre-transplant recipient/donor [PCR]" test. This testing method increases the effects of contamination, so please be careful when handling the specimen.
