採取方法
- 採取した適量 (33mL以上) の尿を、1500rpm 5分間遠心してください。
- 上清を捨て、沈渣をよく混和させてください。
- 沈渣をスポイトで専用容器に滴下し、冷蔵保存してください。
検体は、蓋が最後まで閉まっていることを確認しパラフィルムを巻かずにご提出ください。
● 注意事項
提出容器内の細胞数が少ない場合、検査不能となる恐れがありますので、 遠心後の上清を捨てる際はご注意ください。
