The number of blocks produced must be at least 5 blocks.

Please fill a dedicated pathology container (VP0) with 10% to 20% formalin solution, fix the tissue, and submit it.
Submit tissues that are too large to fit into the dedicated pathology container (VP0) in histopacks (extra-large, large, medium, or small) after fixing them sufficiently.
● Preparation of pathology specimens (surgical materials)
・Please do not request for nucleic acid extraction.
・ This item is to prepare and return one HE-stained specimen per block from formalin-fixed tissues.
・Submit the above item with the Histopathology Request Form.
