COMMENT


Avoid freezing.
This item measures HLA gene 11 locus (HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1, DPB1).
Consignment days are Monday to Friday. Please be sure to clearly state the relationship, clinical diagnosis name, administered drug name, blood transfusion history, and transplant history. Please avoid duplicate requests with other items.
This test method increases the influence of contamination, so please be careful when handling the sample.
●About HLA samples
1. Be sure to use the specified amount in a special container. Please draw blood. If the amount is unavoidably lower than the specified amount, open the lid and release the negative pressure.
2. We will also use PCR-SSP method and PCR-rSSO method if necessary.
3. If you request HLA typing after transplantation, please note that the alleles of the recipient and donor may be mixed and it may not be possible to determine.
