An optical measurement method using color change developed by aggregates of colloidal gold particles after antigen-antibody reaction with gold colloid-labeled antibodies.
COMMENT
Avoid freezing. Please collect your stool in a special container and submit it.
●Collection method
1. Turn the cap, remove the stick, and scrape the surface of the stool evenly.
2. Insert only once and tighten the cap firmly.
3.Please put it in a bag and keep it refrigerated before submitting it.
●Notes
1. Do not throw away the storage solution in the container.
2. Collect enough stool to fill the groove. Be careful not to take too much or too little.
There are no dietary restrictions when collecting stool.
