CF (Complement fixation)
Complement fixation reaction
A method that utilizes the fact that complement binds to antigen-antibody complexes and causes a hemolytic reaction.
Sensitized red blood cells with hemolysin bound to red blood cells cause hemolysis when complement binds to them, but if antigen-antibody complexes are present, complement is consumed and hemolysis is prevented. Determine existence.

*CF (Complement fixation reaction): An anti-complement effect is observed in the complement fixation reaction, which may make measurements impossible, so please collect the blood without adding anticoagulant, separate the serum immediately, and store it in the refrigerator.
Starting dilution 4x (Cerebrospinal fluid can also be measured; sample volume: 0.4mL (refrigerated), standard value: less than 1x, starting dilution: 1x)
With separating agent (9mL vacuum blood sampling tube)
Storage method: Room temperature
Expiration period: 1 year from production
Polyethylene test tube
