Avoid storing frozen. Please avoid duplicate requests with other items. This test method is sensitive to the affects of contamination, so please be careful when handling the specimen. The number of days required may vary depending on the measurement and analysis situation.
●Notes on submission
・Please be sure to submit using the special container “Self-free DNA extraction blood collection tube.” Requests cannot be made in containers other than those specified.
・Be sure to attach a special label to the blood collection tube, and write the request number, patient's date of birth, and sample collection date. If the special label is not attached, we will not be able to request it.
・Please attach a special label to the blood collection tube so that the expiration date can be seen. If we cannot confirm the expiry date of the blood collection tube, we will not be able to make your request.
・Please be sure to submit two bottles in the “F1LiquidCDx exclusive transport bag”. Requests for anything other than 2 bottles are not possible.
・As a general rule, please submit it on the day your blood was drawn.
