The standard value is the cut-off value according to the “Hypertension Treatment Guideline 2019” of the Japanese Society of Hypertension. The activity ratio of aldosterone is calculated using the RIA conversion ratio.
●Notes on aldosterone/renin activity ratio
・Blood collection time is recommended before noon.
・We recommend blood collecting after resting for 15 minutes in a sitting position.
Collect blood into the container shown below, mix well, and separate the plasma at low temperature (4℃). Be sure to store plasma frozen.
