    Using the fact that unmethylated cytosine is converted to uracil by bisulfite treatment, methylation of the target region can be detected based on the difference in base sequence between methylated cytosine and unmethylated cytosine after bisulfite treatment. How to confirm by PCR.

Please avoid cryopreservation. Methylation of the 5´CpG island of the SNRPN gene is being analyzed. Please avoid duplicate requests with other items. This testing method is more susceptible to contamination, so please be careful when handling the sample.
