A method in which four types of primers are set for six regions from the target gene sequence and reacted at a constant temperature using strand displacement reaction.
COMMENT
Be sure to collect the postnasal swab using a flocked swab (VS4), place the swab in a sterile polystyrene (ARR), and store it frozen.
Please avoid duplicate requests with other items.
This testing method increases the influence of contamination, so please be careful when handling the sample.

VS4 (旧容器記号 k9) 検体取り扱い方法
- 綿球部分に触れないように、スワブの軸部分をつまんで取り出します。
- 被験者の頭を動かさないようによく押さえ、その後、スワブを後鼻腔に静かに挿入して粘液を採取します。
- 速やかにスワブを滅菌ポリスピッツ (ARR) の中に入れ、スワブの柄にあるスリットを容器の縁にあてて折ります。
- スワブを入れたまま容器のキャップをしっかり閉め、凍結保存にて提出してください。
