Real-time PCR
It is a type of nucleic acid amplification methods based on PCR method as the basic principle, which is a measurement method that, by using oligonucleotides that emit fluorescence when degraded, enables quantitative of target nucleic acids in real time by confirming the fluorescence signals in each PCR cycle.
●For Plasma Material: Please use the EDTA-2K blood collection tube to collect a sufficient volume for the sample (5 mL of plasma) for submission, and be sure to separate the plasma within 4 hours after the blood collection. Immediately after the separation, aliquot at least 5 mL into a sterile plastic tube and preserve it frozen. In plasma aliquoting, please do not decant the plasma to prevent the contamination of genomic DNA derived from the leukocyte component. Please avoid duplicate requests with other items. This test method can be affected by contamination, so please be careful when handling the specimens.
