COMMENT

How to submit melanoma PD-L1 protein (IHC) 28-8
1) Since the presence or absence of cancer cells may be unclear, please attach (a copy of) a pathological diagnosis when requesting the test (However, it is not necessary if the company conducts general pathological examinations). If it is not possible to attach it for some reasons, please include the name of the pathological diagnosis (tissue type, etc.) in the request form to the extent possible, as well as clinical information.
2) The material is an unstained specimen slide of melanoma (primary or metastatic tumor), which is prepared from the formalin-fixed paraffin block. Please use a coating slide such as silane, and after slicing it, dry it at approximately 40℃ overnight, and then submit it.
3) Slice the tissue to a thickness of 4 to 5 μm and paste it close to the center to the extent possible, at least 15 mm away from the edges of the frosted and slide glass.
4) If you are requesting using a paraffin block, please contact our sales staff as the required time will be delayed due to the preparation of unstained slides.
