Collection method

1. Collect cells from the cervix.
   Collect cells using a collection equipment other than a cotton swab (brush, spatula, etc.).
   
2. Wash off the cells.
   Place the collection equipment in the container and press the tip of the collection equipment against the bottom of the container about 10 times so that the tip spreads, then stir vigorously to wash off the collected cells.
   
3. Close the lid tightly.
   Remove the collection equipment and close the lid tightly so that the black line on the lid extends to the left beyond the black line on the container body, then store it.
   (Note) Do not leave the tip of the collection equipment in the container.
   

[Notes]
When collecting cells from a pregnant woman, for safety reasons, please avoid using collection equipment such as brushes and spatulas and use cotton swabs instead.
However, in order to collect the amount of cells needed for testing with a cotton swab, remove any mucus with a separate cotton swab before collection, and then rinse the cotton swab thoroughly in preservative solution to wash off the collected cells.
Do not leave the tip of the cotton swab in the container. In addition, be careful not to apply excessive force to the cotton swab as it may break.
