Collect blood into a pre-chilled specified container (PAP), add DPP-IV inhibitor (10 μL to 1.0 mL of blood) within 30 seconds, mix, and immediately centrifuge in a refrigerator to separate plasma and immediately store frozen. Please avoid duplicate requests for anything other than active GLP-1 (extraction method).

Collect blood into the pre-chilled container shown below, add 10 μL of DPP-IV inhibitor to 1.0 mL of blood within 30 seconds after blood collection, mix, and immediately perform refrigerated centrifugation to separate plasma and freeze immediately.
