A method in which an antigen-antibody reaction is performed against the target antigen using an enzyme-labeled antibody, and a chromogenic substrate is added to measure the enzyme activity. There is a direct method in which an enzyme-labeled antibody is reacted directly, and an indirect method in which an unlabeled antibody is reacted with the antigen and then a secondary reaction is performed with an enzyme-labeled antibody.

Points to note before requesting for overseas referral testing
1. Please make sure that you keep samples in your own storage. (Please exercise extra caution for samples stored at -70℃ )
2. Please note that the samples you provide will not be returned.
3. Avoid overlaps in the request forms or samples with those for testing conducted in Japan.
4. Specify the request CODE and the test name in the“ Margin” column of the SRL request form.

CCR4タンパク (IHC) の注意事項
モガムリズマブ (遺伝子組換え) の適応を判断するための補助に用います。 疾病の診断や治療効果の確認を目的とした場合、有効性が確認されておりませんので、 そのような目的で使用しないでください。(試薬添付文書より)
CCR4タンパク (IHC) の提出方法
- 本検査は、「ATL (成人T細胞白血病リンパ腫)、再発または難治性のPTCL (末梢性T細胞リンパ腫) および
CTCL (皮膚T細胞性リンパ腫) 患者」について治療の方針を判定するための検査ですので、
依頼書に診断名をご記入のうえ、ご依頼ください。
また、可能であれば検査ご依頼時に病理診断書 (コピー) の添付をお願いいたします。 - 材料は組織を10～20％ホルマリン固定液に24～48時間程度の固定をし、
包埋したパラフィンブロックから作製された未染標本スライドとなります。
標本は3～4μmの厚さに薄切し、シランなどのコーティングスライドをご使用のうえ、 薄切後は約40℃で一晩乾燥させた後、ご提出ください。
