COMMENT

Acceptable days are Monday to Friday. Please be sure to clearly state the relationship, clinical diagnosis name, administered drug name, blood transfusion history, and transplant history. This item mainly applies to organ transplants. This is a test to check for antibodies against donor T and B lymphocytes in the recipient's serum.
Specimens for HLA/transplant-related tests 1. MLC (lymphocyte mixed culture) and direct cross match (lymphocyte cross test) are scheduled tests, so please be sure to contact our sales staff before blood collection.
2. Be sure to collect the specified amount of blood in a special container. If the amount is unavoidably less than the specified amount, open the lid and release the negative pressure. However, if you request MLC (mixed lymphocyte culture) at the same time, it is important that it is sterile, so be sure to collect the specified amount of blood.
3. For HLA-A, B, C, DPB1, DRB1, DQB1 (DNA typing) testing, we will also use PCR-SSP method and PCR-rSSO method as necessary.
4. If you request HLA typing after transplantation, please note that the alleles of the recipient and donor may be mixed and determination may not be possible.
 [Note]
When requesting HLA typing after transplantation, please be sure to fill in the HLA results before transplantation and the HLA results of the donor on the request form.
Collect 1.5mL of the recipient's blood, separate the serum, and store it at room temperature.
Collect 10.0mL of donor blood into the container shown below, mix well, and store at room temperature.
