Since the measured value of ACTH decreases with increasing EDTA concentration, the specified volume of the container should be collected. Plasma should be separated immediately after blood collection.
In the early morning at rest, collect blood in the specified container, mix well, and separate plasma at a low temperature (4°C). Be sure to preserve the plasma frozen.
