How to submit lung cancer PD-L1 protein (IHC) SP142
1) Since the presence or absence of cancer cells may be unknown, please attach a pathological diagnosis (copy) when requesting the test. (Not required if pathological examination is being performed). If it is not possible to attach the document for various reasons, please include the name of the pathological diagnosis (tissue type, etc.) and clinical information to the extent possible in the request form.
2) The material is an unstained specimen slide (made from a formalin-fixed paraffin block) of lung cancer (primary tumor or metastatic tumor). Please use slides coated with silane, etc., and after slicing, dry overnight at approximately 40℃ before submitting.
3) Slice the tissue to a thickness of 4 to 5 μm and attach it as close to the center as possible.
4) If you request paraffin blocks, there will be a delay in the number of days required to prepare unstained specimen slides, so please check with our sales staff.
Please use slides coated with silane, etc., and dry them overnight at approximately 40°C after slicing before submitting. Slice the tissue into 4-5 μm thick slices and attach them as close to the center as possible.
