Gold colloid method
An optical measurement method using color change developed by aggregates of colloidal gold particles after antigen-antibody reaction with gold colloid-labeled antibodies.

Gold colloid aggregation method Gold colloid method | Optimal blood concentration 15 or less (ng/mL) | Whenever necessary(but the same blood collection time) |
Please note that since haloperidol and bromperidol show almost equal cross-reactivity, the measured values of the patient specimens receiving both in combination will not match the exact blood concentration values of each. Impromen, Lunapron
Notes on Blood Collection Containers: Avoid using containers containing serum-separating agent. It may affect the measured values in drug tests.
Notes on Blood-collecting Time 1. It is blood-collecting time for TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring).
2. For continuous administration, please collect blood after reaching a steady state.
3. Peak concentration must also be measured at the time of poisoning.
4. This is a standard time, and it is preferable to collect blood according to the patient's state.
