COMMENT

After blood collection, immediately centrifuge at 1500G or higher for 15 minutes at room temperature, then collect plasma from at least 5mm above the buffy coat and submit it for cryopreservation. Please note that contamination with platelets will affect the measurement results.

*1: Screen ratio is calculated from the ratio of the patient's dRVVT screen reagent measurement result (seconds) to the average clotting time (seconds) of the dRVVT screen reagent of a healthy person.
*2: The comfirm ratio is calculated from the ratio of the patient's dRVVT comfirm reagent measurement result (in seconds) and the average clotting time (in seconds) of a healthy person with dRVVT comfirm reagent.
This item, along with dRVVT, reports the patient's dRVVT screen reagent measurement results (in seconds) before neutralization, and the patient's dRVVT comfirm reagent measurement results after neutralization.
