Avoid freezing. It will explore the mutations of bases 11778, 3460, 14484. Acceptable days with blood materials are Thursdays and Fridays. Submit the specimen on the same day after collection. Materials other than those designated are not acceptable. Please avoid duplicate requests of other items. Since the affects of contamination are greater in this test method, please handle specimens with care when collecting them.

Notes on Requesting Overseas Contracted Tests
1. Strictly adhere to the specimen preservation. (Especially be careful with specimens preserved at -70°C.)
2. Please note in advance that specimens cannot be returned.
3. Please avoid duplicate request forms and specimens of domestic tests.
4. If you make requests, please enter the requested item code and the name of the requested item in the “Additional Entry Column” on our request form.
Collect blood in the container shown below, mix well, and preserve refrigerated.
