Secretions, partial urine: If the specimen is contaminated with a large amount of blood, it may not yield accurate results.
In men, the effect of PCR reaction inhibitors is observed in rare cases, so testing using a urine specimen is recommended. Collect the first urine specimen at least one hour after the last urination.
Gargle: Avoid eating, gargling, or brushing teeth prior to specimen collection. Since the affects of contamination are greater in this test method, please handle specimens with care when collecting them.

尿検体からの採取

最後の排尿から少なくとも1時間以上経過後の初尿を採取してください。

滅菌済みカップに初尿を採取し、滅菌済みスポイトを用いて初尿を専用容器に移します。
専用容器に記載されている2つのラインの間に収まるように初尿を加えてください。
専用容器のキャップをしっかりと閉めてください。
専用容器を5回転倒混和して室温にて提出してください。

うがい液検体からの採取

検体採取前の食事・うがい・歯磨き・ガムを噛むこと等などは避けてください。

滅菌生理食塩水をカップに15～20mL入れ口に含み、顔を上に向けて10～20秒間、勢いよくうがいを行います。
うがい液全量をコップに回収し、スポイトで専用容器に記載されている2つのラインの間に収まるように添加します。
専用容器のキャップをしっかりと閉め、5回転倒混和して室温保存にて提出してください。

※ただし「腟トリコモナスおよびマイコプラズマジェニタリウム同時核酸検出」はご依頼できません。
