Administer heparin at the rate of 30 units per 1 kg of body weight intravenously in a fasted state in the early morning. Take the blood sample in the designated container (PH5) 15 minutes later and centrifuge it at 4℃ .
Submit the supernatant of the plasma under frozen conditions.Avoid EDTA plasma.
Reference range is set based on the above conditions of the sample collection.
