A method in which an antigen-antibody reaction is performed against the target antigen using an enzyme-labeled antibody, and a chromogenic substrate is added to measure the enzyme activity.
There are two methods: a direct method in which an enzyme-labeled antibody reacts directly with the antigen, and an indirect method in which an unlabeled antibody reacts with the antigen followed by a secondary reaction with an enzyme-labeled antibody.
COMMENT
Avoid freezing. Acceptable days are Monday through Friday. Please submit the blood specimen immediately after collection. If not using blood within 24 hours of collection, a decrease in the detection rate will be observed.
