COMMENT

We analyzed the BRAF V600E gene mutation using genome DNA extracted from cancer tissues, and used the BRAF inhibitor “dabrafenib mesylate” and the MEK inhibitor “Trametinib dimethyl sulfoxide” for non-small cell lung cancer patients. ●About materials other than tissue
Place the collected pleural fluid, alveolar lavage fluid, and bronchial scraping lavage fluid into a designated container (ARR) and centrifuge at room temperature (760G (2000-3000rpm) x 10 minutes). Please be sure to freeze and submit the sediment after removing as much of the supernatant as possible.

After collecting the specimen, please process it immediately. Please note that if the amount of sample submitted is small, testing may not be possible.
