The following patients may affect the TARC value, making it difficult to make an accurate diagnosis.
-Patients with severe atopic dermatitis
-Cutaneous T cell lymphoma
-Patients suspected of having graft-versus-host disease (GVHD)
-Patients receiving systemic steroids of 20mg/day or more in prednisone ratio
-Patients who have been receiving systemic steroids at a dose of less than 20mg/day in prednisone ratio for 5 days or more
This product is intended to aid in the diagnosis of acute DIHS/DRESS, so please do not use it during the recovery period.
