    Gold colloid method
    An optical measurement method using color change developed by aggregates of colloidal gold particles after antigen-antibody reaction with gold colloid-labeled antibodies.

COMMENT


Avoid freezing.
Please collect your stool in the dedicated container and submit it.
For requests requiring two procedures, please use the pink-labeled container for the first procedure and the yellow-labeled container for the second.

●Collection method
1. Unscrew the cap to remove the stick, and scrape the surface of the stool evenly.
2. Insert the stick only once and tighten the cap firmly.
3.Please put it in a bag and keep it refrigerated before submitting it.

●Notes
1. Do not throw away the storage solution in the container.
2. Collect enough stool to fill the grooves on the stick. Be careful not to take too much or too little.
There are no dietary restrictions when collecting stool.
