This test can measure e13a2 and e14a2, but not e13a3 or e14a3 fusion mRNA. In addition, even in the e13a2 and e14a2 fusion mRNAs, if they have mutations in the regions where the primers and probes bind, measurement of Major BCR-ABL1 mRNA may not be possible.

Please request [00N08 9] Major BCR-ABL1 mRNA (%) for Philadelphia chromosome (Ph) positive acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).
Collect 1.0 mL of bone marrow fluid aseptically in a designated container, mix well, and preserve refrigerated. Submit the specimen on the same day after collection.
