産業医学 (有機溶剤、鉛) 関連検査

産業医学関連検査は、有機溶剤作業者、鉛作業者を対象として、体内に有機溶剤や鉛がどの程度取り込まれているかを定期的にチェックすることを主な目的としているため、結果の評価については、正常・異常の鑑別を目的としたものではなく、作業環境を含めた総合的な判断が必要とされています。
また、労働安全衛生法に基づく各中毒予防規則では、各健康診断結果報告書を、所轄の労働基準監督署長に提出することが定められています。

Occupational Medicine (Organic solvents, Lead) Related Test

The occupational medicine-related test is mainly intended to regularly check the level of organic solvents or lead intake in the living body for organic solvents and lead workers. Therefore, the evaluation of the results requires a comprehensive judgment including the work environment, rather than the one intended to differentiate normality and abnormality.
In addition, each Regulation on Prevention of Poisoning based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act stipulates that each report of the results of a medical examination shall be submitted to the Chief of the Labour Standard Inspection Offices in charge.

Since November 2014, styrene, trichloroethylene, and tetrachloroethylene have been positioned from the subjects of the Regulation on Prevention of Organic Solvent Poisoning to those of the Regulation on Prevention of Hazards due to Specified Chemical Substances.

* Store in light-resistant containers.
** Sample urine at the end of work except for the first day of consecutive working days. However, urinate once 2 hours before urine sampling.
