    Enzyme immunoassay
The measurement principle is the same as RIA; an antigen-antibody reaction is performed using an enzyme-labeled antigen or antibody as a labeling substance, and a chromogenic substrate is added to detect enzyme activity. How to measure.

Points to note concerning blood collecting containers
Avoid using a container with a serum separating agent. It may effect the results on the drug tests.
Points to note concerning the blood collecting time
1. The blood collecting time is for TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring).
2. In repetitive administration, collect a blood sample after a steady state is achieved.
3. When poisoning is developed, the peak concentration also needs to be measured.
4. The blood collecting time shows the standard time: a patient's condition should be taken into account in collecting a blood sample.
☆Oral/Intravenous Injection
Oral: 4 hours after administration for extended-release preparations, 2 hours after administration for plain tablets (Peak concentration), just before the next administration (Trough concentration)
Intravenous injection: 30 minutes after loading administration , 4-6, and 12-18 hours after starting the infusion
After drawing blood into a container shown in the below image, mix well, and separate plasma.
Refrigerate the plasma samples.
