About blood specimens for tests that use blood cells
For tests that use blood cells, false positives or abnormal reactions may occur when containers containing coagulation promoters and separation agents are used. Please be sure to submit in the designated container (EDTA-2Na added).
Collect 2.0mL of blood into the container shown below, mix well, store at room temperature, and submit immediately. Also, collect 10.0 to 15.0 mL of blood into a separate container, immediately separate the serum, and store it in the refrigerator.
Please avoid duplicate requests with other items.
