KIMS (Kinetic Interaction of Microparticles in Solution)
A method in which an antigen-antibody reaction is performed using microparticles bound to antigens or antibodies, and the turbidity of the agglutination caused by the antigen-antibody reaction is measured from the transmittance by irradiating it with light.

Points to note concerning blood collecting containers
Avoid using a container with a serum separating agent. It may effect the results on the drug tests.
Points to note concerning the blood collecting time
1. The blood collecting time is for TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring).
2. In repetitive administration, collect a blood sample after a steady state is achieved.
3. When poisoning is developed, the peak concentration also needs to be measured.
4. The blood collecting time shows the standard time: a patient's condition should be taken into account in collecting a blood sample.
After drawing blood into a container shown in the below image, mix well, and separate plasma.
Refrigerate the plasma samples.
